Full roof replacement, shingle repair, flashing repair, and gutter replacement. We work with architectural shingles, metal standing seam, and flat EPDM membrane roofs. Free roof inspection included — we'll document everything with photos and give you an honest assessment before recommending replacement versus repair.
Leak detection and repair, water supply line replacement, drain line clearing, water heater installation (tank and tankless), fixture installation (faucets, toilets, showers), and sump pump replacement. Summit Home Services was founded in 2011 by third-generation contractor Kevin Brauer. Kevin grew up watching his grandfather and father build and repair homes across the metro area, and he launched Summit with a simple principle: treat every customer's home like it's your own.
In the early years, Summit was just Kevin and two guys with two trucks. They built the company through referrals alone — no advertising, just homeowners who were happy enough to call their neighbors. That slow, reputation-first approach meant Summit never grew faster than their ability to maintain quality.
Today, Summit operates a crew of 18 licensed tradespeople covering remodeling, roofing, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general contracting. Every team member is a direct Summit employee — we don't use subcontractors because we can't guarantee their work the same way we guarantee ours.

All roofing installations use materials that carry manufacturer warranties of 25–50 years. We are an approved installer for GAF and Owens Corning, which means these warranties are fully transferable if you sell your home.
